You’ve made a great start visiting Xclusive Weddings event & wedding planners website. Typically our VIP clients have a minimum budget of £100,000 to spend on their wedding or special event. We charge a fee of 10% of the total cost of the event for our planning and management services.

Here’s what typically happens next:
- We arrange to meet you to discuss your wedding day vision
- We provide outline ideas and a price proposal for consideration
- You retain us to plan and manage your wedding and pay a deposit
- Your wedding day ideas are fine tuned and firmed up before finalisation
- You make an interim payment and we continue creating your dream wedding
- We meet periodically to discuss progress and make any adjustments to the plan
- We handle all your wedding logistics to ensure all is ready in time for your special day
- You make the final payment before your wedding day to ensure all arrangements are in place
- On your wedding day Xclusive Weddings team is on hand to manage and coordinate everything
- We handle all tear-down logistics after your event so you don’t need to give it a second thought
- Meanwhile you leave for your honeymoon (arranged by us?) and have an absolutely wonderful time
